Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Any product may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt for a refund or credit. Customer identification is required for returns. Products may not be returned if chewed or otherwise damaged by pet.

Sales are final on all training collars unless manufacturer's defect (subject to approval and 14-day waiting period). All returns must be processed in-store and we reserve the right to modify our policy at any time.
